Developmental Group Training

Growth. In Relationship.

For Coaches, Therapists and Individuals Engaged in Ongoing Personal Growth Work.

Why Social Therapeutic Coaching

The Three Pilars of Social Therapeutic Coaching

Social Therapeutic Coaching (STC) challenges the conventional Western individualistic assumptions about the nature of the self and the processes of coaching, therapy, and personal growth work.

Developed over 40 years ago, tens of thousands of social therapeutic sessions have occurred globally. Carrie Sackett has advanced this approach over the past 15 years by focusing on a group coaching method that empowers deeper human connection, emotional growth, and relational being-based development. Gordon Medlock is a therapist, coach, and educator with over 30 years’ experience working with a broad range of individual and group modalities. He has most recently found STC to be an exceptionally powerful relational framework for facilitating personal growth in ANY relational context – in families, intimate relationships, work environments, and developmental coaching and therapy.
