FREE WORKSHOP

Growth
in Relationship

We’re living in a time where many people are craving deeper connection, but don’t know where to practice it.

This free, one-hour experience is a chance to step into something different. Led by four professional coaches, you’ll participate in simple, guided group practices that offer a real taste of what growth-in-relationship feels like.

You won’t be asked to overshare, perform, or fix yourself. You’ll be invited to show up as you are and see what becomes possible when people grow together instead of going it alone.

This session also offers a preview of our upcoming 4-week Life Development Groups, for those curious about continuing the work.

Upcoming dates:

  • Thursday February 26, 3-4 p.m. PT / 6-7 p.m. ET

  • Monday March 2, 2-3 p.m. PT / 5-6 p.m. ET

“Life Development Group supports my emotional development.
I’m so inspired by this way of connecting with people.”

WHAT TO EXPECT

You don’t need to know what you’re looking for or have a clear goal in mind.

This hour is simply a chance to try something most of us don’t get many opportunities to practice: relating with others in a thoughtful, supported way.

You can come curious, quiet, skeptical, or unsure. The point isn’t to get it “right.” It’s to notice what it’s like to be in a different kind of space together. Here’s what to expect:

  • A small group facilitated by experienced coaches

  • A few simple, guided group practices

  • Time to reflect on what the experience brings up for you

A little stretch, a little ease, and a real sense of connection that forms quickly.
