We’re Doing Our Emotions All Wrong!

How to Empower Your Clients to Create Mental and Emotional Well-being

(60 minutes, interactive and experiential)

Join Carrie Sackett, pioneer in fostering “emotional growth” with clients, to learn new tools for relating and responding to your clients’ emotionality. Drawing on the latest discoveries in neuroscience and works by Batja Mesquita, Adam Grant and Dr. Richard Boyatzis, she will show in practice how you can support your clients to break out of outdated assumptions about emotions and achieve their leadership, transformation and well-being goals.

If you have felt unsure of how to handle your clients’ emotions—big and small—and are open to being challenged with new ideas, this is the workshop for you.

What are Relational Questions and Why Should We be Asking Them?

(60 minutes, interactive and experiential)

Find out how developing relational awareness as a coach can be a game-changer for your practice. Sometimes it is hard to see that we are all impacting on each other all the time: What we do, how we speak, what we say, how we move. By calling out into the open with our clients that they impact us and are impacted on by us, we draw their attention out of their internal loop and into the container we are creating together. That shift helps evoke new awareness and possibilities for growth.

  • 4 relational questions that will transform your client sessions

  • Experiential exercises to integrate and embody the learnings

  • Advanced toolkit for co-creating difficult and growthful conversations
