Practicing Social Therapeutic Coaching
In this live, online course, the tools and method of this innovative approach to development are presented and explored through reading, experiential activities, discussion and practice.
Build your methodological foundation with the four pillars and nine competencies of Social Therapeutic Coaching (STC).
Stretch out of your comfort zone with engaged dialogue, playful activities and relatable lessons to apply immediately in your work with groups/teams, families, couples, communities and individuals.
Practice your learning by participating in a Life Development Group and coaching simulations.

Life Development Group for Coaches
Experience a Life Development Group. LIMITED TO 8 PARTICIPANTS
85 minutes as group participant: invest in your personal development. Bring a medium-level issue you want to grow around.
20 minutes as coach: invest in your professional growth by debriefing on your subjective experience, the activity of the group and the four pillars of Social Therapeutic Coaching
Designed for coaches to apply learnings in real-time practice, to develop the ‘We’ coaching mindset, to grow personally and professionally simultaneously.
REQUIRED: One 50-minute individual session with group lead Carrie Sackett, MS, PCC before June 11. This is to build our relationship and for you to feel supported in your bold decision to join a Life Development Group.
