Practicing Social Therapeutic Coaching
In this live, online course, the tools and method of this innovative approach to development are presented and explored through reading, experiential activities, discussion and practice.
Build your methodological foundation with the four pillars and nine competencies of Social Therapeutic Coaching (STC).
Stretch out of your comfort zone with engaged dialogue, playful activities and relatable lessons to apply immediately in your work with groups/teams, families, couples, communities and individuals.
Practice your learning by participating in a Life Development Group and coaching simulations.

Life Development Group for Practitioners
Experience and lead a Life Development Group (LDG)—as participant and a group coach. Designed for coaches to apply learnings in real-time practice. Pre-requisite: Practicing Social Therapeutic Coaching.
Six week agenda:
Weeks 1+2. An experienced social therapeutic coach will lead the group.
Weeks 3-6. There will be a rotation among group members to lead/co-lead one group session. On the week you are leading, you will meet with the social therapeutic coach before and after the 90-minutes.
