Each class will weave sections of Social Therapeutic Coaching together to dive deeply into a theme:

  1. Belonging: A group-based understanding of human development.

  2. Shifting the Practitioner Lens: Move from a 'me' to a 'we' perspective by abandoning inherited concepts and outdated modes of thinking.

  3. The Power of Improv/Theater Performance: Explore this metaphor for life and its applications.

  4. Seeing the 'We' in Emotions and Language: Understand the collective aspects of emotions and communication.

    Concepts and tools presented will come to life through experiential activities and discussion. Examination of group and couples sessions heightens the integration of learnings.

PRACTICING SOCIAL THERAPEUTIC COACHING + 6-week Life Development Group for Practitioners

Go further and invest your course learnings in hands-on practice.

Experience both being a member of and leading a Life Development Group (LDG). 

Sessions run 90 minutes total:

75-minute group session + 15-minute group debrief on the experience.

You will be a client in five of the six sessions.

Six week agenda:

Weeks 1+2. An experienced social therapeutic coach will lead the group.

Weeks 3-6. There will be a rotation among group members to lead/co-lead one group session. On the week you are leading, you will meet with the social therapeutic coach before and after the 90-minutes.
