SUPERVISION GROUP

Bring a coaching challenge and receive feedback and discussion through the social therapeutic lens. Great for group, team, couples, and family coaches as well as those looking for innovative, advanced approaches to coaching. Limited to 5 people.

Schedule:

  • Time: 4:00-5:30pm ET/ 1:00-2:30pm PT

SOCIAL THERAPEUTIC COACHING
CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

60 hours total

Includes:

  • Practicing Social Therapeutic Coaching - weekend intensive or bi-weekly

  • 6-week Life Development Group participation

  • Group, couples or family observation

  • Supervision sessions

  • Bi-weekly cohort discussion sessions

  • Marketing guidance

Fee: $5775

Next Cohort: Begins February 2025.

Certifications

Level I

Advanced Method
15 hours

  • Enhance your current practice with new techniques for couples, family, team or single-issue group work.

  • Learn to see and relate to the group, integrating relationality, improv and language games into your sessions.

Possible Components (must total at least 15 hours):

  • Practicing Social Therapeutic Coaching: Weekend Intensive or Bi-Weekly (8.5 hours)

  • Life Development Group for Practitioners (9 hours)

  • Couples Coaching Workshop (3.5 hours)

  • Skills Trainings: Relational Questions or Doing our Emotions (2 hours each)

  • Supervision (1.5 hours per session)

Ongoing Development:

  • Monthly Drop-In Supervision. Free to trainees.

Level II

Social Therapeutic Coaching (STC)
60 hours

Become certified to lead Life Development Groups.

  • Master the four pillars and 12 components of social therapeutics

  • Develop the skills to lead Life Development Groups, social therapeutic family and couples work

  • Reduced pricing available to those who have participated in previous trainings
